Meet Chef Jack Executive Chef Jack MacMurray III

Starting his career in 1993 in Vail, CO, Jack has since cooked for President Ford and many other dignitaries, has been Exec Chef in St. Louis the past 23 years, and a cooking instructor at the Kitchen Conservatory and Dierbergs School of Cooking.

Chef Jack Mac has also won several titles including the 2009 Mardi Gras Cajun cook-off Champion, the 2010 Taste of St. Louis Battle Chef Royale Champion, and placed on the Top 35 Restaurants of St. Louis (Sage).

He most recently competed in Battle Bacon at the World Food Qualifier, and went on to win The World Food Championship in both 2021 and 2024.
