The Art of Pasta Cooking Class

Learn the history and science behind one of the world’s most cherished culinary traditions.

- Class with Chef Tim and Sous Chef’s
The class will start with an antipasti & wine reception followed by some hands on fun making pasta dough from scratch. The dough will then be formed into pastas such as ravioli, tortellini as well as fresh fettuccini and finished off by transforming the pasta into delicious dishes. The students will then take their creations to the dining room where they can relax and enjoy the fruit of their labor with a nice glass of wine.
